After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Free shipping applies to orders over $75.00.
In-store pickup
turn is exclusively sold online. There is no in-store pickup as of yet.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@turn.me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that some carriers have limitations when shipping to P.O. boxes.
